A 90 minute class to work on alignment, posture, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
A one hour morning class to get your day off to a good start. This class will focus on stretching, energising and core strengthening poses. Suitable for all levels.
MEC Hall. A 90 minute class to work on alignment, posture, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
From 12 September for 14 weeks.
De-stress over the weekend with a 3 hour yoga workshop that allows for more time to explore the poses and to go deeper in the practice with breathing techniques and meditation.
